4th of July 2009

We kicked off yet another 4th of July weekend by watching the La Verne Parade outside of Jeff's parent's house. While this tradition has been around the Norton family for many years, this was Ryan's first year. (Last year he was still incubating!)

There was a military helicopter fly-by, a swarm of motorcycles, fire trucks, marching bands, baseball teams, veterans, boy scouts, car clubs, city officials, forestry, police, equestrian clubs and some local businesses parading through the streets of La Verne celebrating our day of independence.

Ryan was entertained by the parade. So much so that he hung out with Grandma the whole time!
